Annual Corporate Fast

January 9-29 we will be entering our 20th corporate annual fast as a church. For the past 19 years, Heartland has started the year out with a 21-day fast. It is an opportunity to consecrate our hearts and the rest of the year to the Lord.
We want to encourage each of you to ask the Lord how He would have you participate. Some will abstain from all food and drink only water, others will drink only liquid, while others may do a Daniel fast. Whatever you choose to do, we would encourage you to partake in some form or fashion. The benefits from this over the years, individually and corporately, have been immeasurable. Get excited to watch what the Lord will do as we wrap up a season of fasting!

Also, take advantage of the book of the month available in the bookstore, "God's Chosen Fast" to learn more about this important and powerful spiritual discipline.
Summer Cookout
It's time for our yearly Heartland Family Summer Cookout! Join us Saturday, August 27th at 6PM on the southwest lawn for BBQ, volleyball, and a chance to finally put names to those faces you see every Sunday morning! The playground will be open for the kids, and you're encouraged to bring yard games!
We will also be hosting our second annual BBQ competition, and this year the challenge is chicken! Sample secret family recipes and then vote for the best. Please bring your own drinks, sides to share, utensils, chairs and blankets.
If you want to enter the BBQ Chicken competition, make sure to sign up at this link. We ask that you plan to bring enough to feed 10-15.
We can't wait to celebrate the end of summer with you!
Paul Yadao at Heartland
Paul Yadao will be with us Sunday morning, April 3!
Paul is the president and founder of Destiny International, a global church planting movement headquartered in his home nation, the Philippines.
Paul is a revelatory teacher and apostolic father who travels the globe releasing the presence of God. He also functions as one of Heartland's external overseers.
Dean Briggs at Heartland
Dean Briggs will be joining us to speak on Sunday, February 27th.
Dean Briggs is an author, speaker and leader in the House of Prayer movement. He presently serves on the Senior Leadership team of the International House of Prayer in Kansas City. He is a revelatory teacher and author who challenges the body of Christ toward radical commitment in this hour of history.
Women's War Room of Intercessory Worship
Get ready to immerse yourself in two hours of worship and prayer as we minister to the Lord. We will cry out for our men to take their spiritual positions in the body of Christ, as we seek to do the same! We will repent, seek purity in our lives, and cry out for breakthrough, freedom, and awakening in our lives, our family’s lives, and the church body as a whole.
Praying as the Lord leads! Please feel free to invite any women the Lord lays on your heart, as this is not just for Heartland women.

Annual Business Meeting for Partners
All Partners are encouraged to attend the Annual Business Meeting. We will hear about 2020 as well as look forward to 2021!
Ultimate Journey Phase II Sign Up
Sign up begins January 24 for Phase II of The Ultimate Journey. You must have COMPLETED Phase I to participate in Phase II.
The cost is $50 - classes will take place on Monday nights.
